Every customer is handed out a questionnaire at the start of our tours and we are asking him or her to take the time and answer the tour-related questions at the completion of the journey.

We are very interested in monitoring ourselves as well as the performance of our business partners! This includes accommodation places, rental vehicle companies, guides and all other aspects and involved parties.

This very valuable information helps us to constantly improve on our services and to make sure that our tour products are always of the highest standard.

We ask our clients to score on our services on a scale of 0-10 points, 0 being the lowest achievement and 10 being the highest or best achievement.

The questionnaire is made up of eight major questions and a column for general comments in regards to our services. In the text below we are showing you the average score we achieved from some of the clients featured in this testimonial page. Some clients however only gave us general comments and no scores and we have published extracts from these comments as well.

In our questionnaire we have asked our clients to be fair and realistic in their assessments and we have of course also asked them for permission to publish these results.

For privacy reason we are only showing names, countries of client origin and the time of the year the client took part in one of our arrangements.

Please consider arranging for longer stays at places such as Christchurch, Napier and Rotorua to allow for exploration and visitation to some of the neighbouring communities. I would consider 1-2 days additional at these venues to be adequate as an option to be added on to my 14 day tour.”
