Every customer is handed out a questionnaire at the start of our tours and we are asking him or her to take the time and answer the tour-related questions at the completion of the journey.
We are very interested in monitoring ourselves as well as the performance of our business partners! This includes accommodation places, rental vehicle companies, guides and all other aspects and involved parties.
This very valuable information helps us to constantly improve on our services and to make sure that our tour products are always of the highest standard.
We ask our clients to score on our services on a scale of 0-10 points, 0 being the lowest achievement and 10 being the highest or best achievement.
The questionnaire is made up of eight major questions and a column for general comments in regards to our services. In the text below we are showing you the average score we achieved from some of the clients featured in this testimonial page. Some clients however only gave us general comments and no scores and we have published extracts from these comments as well.
In our questionnaire we have asked our clients to be fair and realistic in their assessments and we have of course also asked them for permission to publish these results.
For privacy reason we are only showing names, countries of client origin and the time of the year the client took part in one of our arrangements.

All in all a terrific tour – we would personally have preferred even more B&B accommodation and more time in Rotorua. Please consider the age of some of the people you are sending on this tour as we are not the bungy jumping and jet boating kind op people.

Everything was first class! The accommodations were excellent, especially the B&B´s. So nice to talk to someone to learn more about New Zealand! The routes were clearly laid out and the back country roads were especially fun. I saw parts of New Zealand that many residents said they had not been to. Lots of time for side trips also – the days were well laid out to allow you plenty of time to explore. Super trip – thanks again!

We had just the greatest time on our trip that you arranged so beautifully for us. The driving was fun, and beautiful, but the flying was spectacular. We have just never had any more fun doing anything. Then of course Jack did enjoy his hunting at Glenroy Lodge. Jim Hunter is a fine gentleman and runs a great operation, just as you do.
Jack and I both vote that our trip to New Zealand was the best holiday we ever had.

Thank you for putting together the best vacation trip I have ever experienced. The airplane was new and perfectly suited for the journey. The accommodations were top notch. The entire trip well planned.
The best part though was your fine pilot Kurt Pedesen. I have been around aviation for the better part of 30 years and I want to tell you he is one of the finest pilots I have had the privilege to fly with!

This tour arrangement surpassed all our expectations. The tour manual and the information that was provided for our 4x4 self-drive tour were excellent. The accommodation chosen for us was always more than satisfactory and partly of an unexpectedly high standard. The trip was very well organised. The only remark we would make is that we would have liked to stay two days close to the Glaciers. By doing this it would have allowed us to do a full day guided glacier tour and an eventual helicopter visit on the glacier the next day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our NZ trip. The vehicles were comfortable - routes enough for one day driving. The homestays we could not fault the high standard - similarily the hotels! The New Zealanders were welcoming - we enjoyed being in their homes. The general organisation of the tour was first class, the provided information more than adeguate, the route description was easy to follow and the specific information about New Zealand was more than enough! My wife and I recently returned home after doing your 18 day "Independent" tour of New Zealand in April. We added an extra day in Christchurch making it a 19 day tour. We want everyone to know that from our very first contact with RestNZ last year we have been very pleased. All along every question we had was answered promptly and completely. Our meet and greet at the airport was wonderful. We had prepared for months for the trip and were amazed at the book we received with all of the information and our itinerary during our meet and greet. While we chose your lesser priced tour for the same number of days we feel that our accommodations were all first class nonetheless. The B&B's were absolutely great. The couples who operate them are top notch. They all made us feel welcome and at home. They all are an asset to New Zealand and to your operation. RestNZ picked only the best to represent them and your country. We simply can't express enough how pleased we were with our trip. We would highly recommend RestNZ to anyone wanting to see the real New Zealand. We saw so much more of New Zealand than we ever would have doing a conventional tour or trying to do New Zealand without such wonderful direction.
